These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kg33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kg33 website located at kg33.io and all associated services, including but not limited to the online casino, sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other gaming or betting products offered by kg33.

kg33 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

To register and use the kg33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

kg33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kg33 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close that account, void any bets or wagers placed, and withhold or claw back any associated winnings.

To access the full range of kg33 services, you are required to create a registered player account. By completing the registration process you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to notify kg33 promptly of any changes to your registration details.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active kg33 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. kg33 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances or bonus funds forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. kg33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login details. Account Verification (KYC): As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, kg33 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submitting a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed or at any point during your use of the platform.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your kg33 account balance within five minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the respective payment provider. kg33 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by kg33 within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. Once processed by kg33, payouts via mobile wallet are typically received within five minutes. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method and account from which the deposit was made. kg33 reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your kg33 account are your own and are obtained from legitimate sources. kg33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a third party will be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on kg33 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. The amount you deposit in Taka is the exact amount credited to your account.

kg33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms specified at the time the bonus is offered and to the general bonus conditions set out below.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by kg33 carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be made. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed before withdrawal eligibility is established.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• kg33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any wagering progress already made will be taken into account in determining a fair outcome.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless a different validity period is specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Certain game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and table games contribute 5%. Specific contribution rates will be stated in individual promotion terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or systematic wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit of ৳1,000 or more are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. Standard wagering requirements apply.

All bets placed on the kg33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as displayed within the platform at the point of wagering. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule will prevail with respect to that game only.

Sportsbook: Bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are accepted subject to the market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play bets are accepted at kg33's discretion and may be suspended at any point during an event. kg33 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the conclusion of the relevant event or on the basis of a technical error in displayed odds.

Casino Games: All casino games on kg33 are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game-specific rules are provided within each game interface. Results are determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems.

Void Bets: kg33 reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event or game round had concluded.
• A technical error caused incorrect odds or game parameters to be displayed.
• Evidence of fraudulent or collusive behaviour in connection with the bet.
• The bet was placed by an ineligible player or on a suspended or restricted account.

Maximum Winnings: kg33 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, game sessions, or within specified time periods. Where applicable, these limits will be communicated within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kg33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of identity fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with game interfaces.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software on the kg33 platform without the prior written consent of kg33 or the relevant intellectual property rights holder.

The kg33 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the property of kg33. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — whether commercial, promotional, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg33, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, which are governed by the respective provider's certified RNG systems.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

kg33's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your kg33 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits kg33's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

kg33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at kg33.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating a kg33 account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by kg33 includes registration information, transaction records, gameplay history, device identifiers, and communication logs. This data is used to operate and improve the platform, process financial transactions, comply with legal obligations, and provide player support.

kg33 applies SSL encryption across all pages and transactions on the platform. Payment data transmitted to and from mobile wallet providers is processed through secure, verified payment infrastructure. kg33 does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and digital services in the context of Bangladesh-based players. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding resolution through the dispute resolution process described below.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact kg33 support at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable period of no less than 30 calendar days to resolve the dispute informally. We are committed to reaching a fair resolution and will engage with all complaints in good faith.

Formal Disputes: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes relating to game outcomes, account decisions, or financial transactions will be reviewed by kg33's senior compliance team. Players will be notified of the outcome in writing. This process is intended to be fair, transparent, and completed within 60 calendar days of a formal dispute being raised.

Language: All dispute correspondence, formal notices, and communications between you and kg33 shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. kg33 is committed to operating as a fair and transparent platform for all Bangladeshi players.
